Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule a minimum of 1 hour prior to your appointment to set a new appointment or receive a full refund. Cancellations of less than 1 hour or no shows will not receive a refund. Simply log in on my website www.claudiamagne.com to reschedule, or email me at info@claudiamagne.com to cancel. YOU CANNOT CANCEL BY LOGGING IN.
